    You can turn to books but they are usually very general, as laws and customs vary from area to area.

    You can turn to the internet, and while I think that this site is one of the finest examples of sharing information, I have yet to be able to distill all of the education, coaching, consulting experience, and real estate experience into these pages. Even if this were to eventually be done, there is no way for the internet to understand and respond to your individual needs, goals, desires and tastes.
