Need to sell a home?
It's usually the most significant financial asset you'll ever sell. Selling a home can be rewarding, but is can also be a very complex, sometimes frustrating and occasionally costly process. To do it right, meaning getting the best return, takes a detailed plan. If you are trying to determine your plan, you've come to the right place. This section is devoted to marketing and selling a home and is broken up into three parts.
- Part 1 will discuss the marketing and sale of the home, including the steps necessary to getting you the best price and terms through preparing your home, pricing it, selling the purchaser, negotiating the contract, and developing an overall plan.
- Part 2 will explore the way to pick an agent, what to do, and what not to do, and how to feel comfortable with your decsion. You'll learn the mistake that almost everybody makes, when picking a listing agent.
- Part 3 is the best part, who that agent should be, me obviously, and why.
